13b re manifolds on a s5/4

Can i put this intake maifold set ona regular 13bt??

Nope, or not without making an adapter plate.

Not even close to bolt on

no.

If you have RE plates you can use the T2 intermediate housing and the RE LIM, but you will have to weld up the runners on the primary LIM because the RE is a lot taller.
