13B-RE... cut wiring harness???

Hello all. I am doing a 13B-RE swap and it came w/ a cut harness. I got a cosmo ecu for the engine, but I dont know what to do about the cut harness. My guy is supposedly scoring a Microtech for me for half the price, but I'm starting to get anxious. (I havent driven my FC since Feb.) I was wondering, how hard would it be for me to use the cut harness and try and finish the wiring. Has anyone tried it? I just wanna try and get it drivable b/c I havent driven it in forever. What plugs (or clips) can plug into the Cosmo ECU (the ones off a T2 or off a NA or are they completely different clips)? I want to know b/c I am about to have my sis ship my ECU to me so I can wire it up. If its too hard, or not possible... I would like some warning now. Thanks.

if you've got a microtech, you don't need the stock harness. just save the connectors.

Yea... I made this post before I received the MT. I had completed the swap just had no EMS so the car wont drive. I just wanted to hook up the stock ECU so I could drive it. But its kewl b/c I've been busy w/ work anyway so I had no time to do anything to it.
