117mph trap speed, 1/4 time?

Just took my car to the track for the very first time. Didn't do so great. Can't seem to get any sort of traction. My best was a 13.9 with a trap speed of 117mph. NE1 know what 1/4 mile time I can get if I can get traction?

You should have 12 second slip no problem with 117mph trap speed. What is the 60 ft time? What tire and suspension set up do you have?

Yes, you should have at least a high 12 second time slip easily....

My FD ran a 12.004 @ 117.5mph on Nittos drag tires.
I take it easy in 1st (3-3.5krpm) then no mercy on the rest of the gears.

Good luck next time:-)
