dude my TII would rape a GSR integra no problem, even if it had some mods, i raced a EG civic sedan with a civic type R swap when my car was bone stock running 6psi, and raped him on the interstate. so that TII isn't running right. my TII with basically just a 3 inch turbo-back exhaust and S5 turbo and manifold running 10 psi stays neck and neck with a stock FD.

 

I fully agree. my TII isnt stupid fast but ill walk all over a gsr. I kept with my boys sti in a 2nd gear roll to about 85-95mph

I had this problem before. after research i found that the thermal wax pellet on the tb was malfunctioning or something along those lines causing the two secondary plates ont he bottom not to open after warming up. I removed these flappers. I did a write up(pm me). Now its hot sex everytime!!!. I just blew my motor tho. my dumbass forgot to put more oil in after a turbo swap. having Karack rebuild n streetport

 

well i live in Clemson and I'm in Spartanburg alot.. I'll show you the car is stock and I'll run you just for fun.. just to show you allen isn't joking with you about my 2dr.. both cars are non turbo just NA..

 

Yeah what the **** is with all of the hate in this thread? Anywho, Billy I just installed a GReddy profec-B in my car and messed w/ the Gain settings to tinker w/ the waste-gate actuation and she woke up a lot! My car always seemed to just drag when it was building boost. Now there is no creep and it shoots straight up to 7psi on low boost and 10psi on high boost. I'm happy with the purchase.

Even tho the stock turbo isn't really noticeable, Dregg100 and I were messing w/ it earlier today and I can tell a noticeable difference with it. It will be more pronounced when I go w/ an aftermarket turbo and supporting mods.

i've decided to use the jackson charger i have... hopefully soon to install it and make 300whp! baby! i'm finally going boost lol.

 

Not suprising at all. A stock fd makes like 250-255 crank hp stock, where as a stock S5TII made 215ish stock so with an open exhaust and a few more lbs of boost the TII would be at or above the fds hp rating. Besides the TII and the fd weigh about the same and have the same gearing.

Differential mount is swapped out and man she was shattered completely in half. So yeah, car feels a lot better now of course. lol.

you should be handing the integra his ***, stock turbo on 3" exhaust should be about 230-250 at the wheels. what intake are you running, have you done the TB mod?

 

you know you guys all make it seem like just cause you have more hp, you should win. it's not always about hp. It's in the gearing and power to weight ratio. yeah he may be pushing 230 i'm pushing 180. my 2dr is WAY lighter. it's an RS.. Yeah no lie he should've took me but I'm no dumbass kid that can't drive and always trying to race someone. I seen the rx7 and wanted to give it a shot since I myself have owned 4 like I said. I agree that Allen should've handed my *** to me. But **** happens. You can't win them fuking all unless you just don't fuking race.

Jamin. I am hoping I can get over to Masin's and do the TB mod this weekend sometime. Masin and I think that is one reason that I am lacking in the power and "quickness" department right now. Something about my thermo wax and secondary butterflies always being closed. I have a high idle problem right now and have had one since the fmic install. Sits around 1.5-2k rpms. So hopefully the TB will take care of all of that.

 

lol.. next week will be good. i havent been home to clemson for a week now since its spring break and all. my charger will be installed Monday. We shall run it lol. I would like to see how it goes.

 

i'd have no problem running you, but my car is down just like every other RX-7 owners is, lol i'm having coolant issues.
