VID: Me vs modded z06 and modded cobra

Cobra: 2004, has a ported supercharge, small pulley running 16psi(is what he said), exhaust, intake, chip. Probably around 500rwp?

z06: Most mods unknown except for cam, exhaust, and intake. The guy wouldnt really talk about his car. Maybe 450+rwp?

My car: Halfbridge, t78, 850cc primary, 1620secondary, alcohol inj, greddy 3 row, 3" out exhaust, only layed down 367rwp on the dyno because my turbo was leaking and blew off Got teh turbo rebuilt and have no idea what power im making.

The race: 3rd gear punch, i brake boosted. You can hear when i shift into 4th that my clutch starts to slip so i had to let out and get back into it. Its a brand new clutch(maybe 2000 miles at most SPEC 6 puck sprung) Dont know why its slipping. We started in 3rd because none of us were getting traction in 2nd at all.

vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HKtP281lsqM

PS, my little brother was taping and decided to face the camera forward instead of looking at the cars. I had about 1/2 a car on the cobra and 1 car on the z06

Oil on the clutch maybe?

Id love to see a dyno sheet for it, if you have the time/money to get a dyno run at a shop.

Nice kill.

Nice kill.
I have the dyno sheet sitting next to me, just no scanner. Let me see how bad it will be if i take a pic of it.

-turned out pretty good!

I meant the new one, but thanks for that one too!

Looks like you have a nice wide torque band, but your hp is a little peaky.

All looks good though. +1.

You could have a leaking 'rear main seal' that's maybe getting oil on the disk/PP/flywheel...? (like the noob said).

Either that, or you bought a crappy clutch.

a lot of people have a spec clutch and they are supposed to be good. The 6 puck can handle up to 520 foot lbs of torque. As far as the oil leak, the engine is brand new.

Yea, im really excited to run some more boost and get it fully tuned. i was only running about 12-13psi. I kept having to turn down the boost because it was so cold out and i was getting a big boost spike.
