Talking Sweet revenge upon them...

Public service announcement:

I have been cruising the filthy corrupted streets of Miami in a high 16 second RX8 and a high 13 second FD both automatic. I have lost many races, although always putting up a good fight and trying my best. To those who have beaten me I probably gave you a smile and a big thumbs up, and may have mentioned something about a rematch in a white FD.

A great example of this is what happened today. Accidentally, I was cruising around a the neighborhood of a guy who beat the ever so slow RX8 by 2 full cars few nights ago just for giggles with his boosted '04 Dodge truck. Coincidentally, I ran into this guy and his girl on a deserted back road, and offered to race him with him having a several car advantage and the "hit". Since I respect this guy as a racer and I think his truck is fast for minor mods, I take off after he is 2 full trucks ahead and boosting away, diesel smoke all over the place. In the course of 10 seconds I put 20 cars plus on him. We did this twice. Each time I was sideways on drag radials next to him as I shift from 2nd to 3rd. It was quite a relief as he beat me recently when I was in the wife's whip.

Then this guy in a '86 turbo 300ZX. He was pulling out of his community as I was cruising by warming up. I held second at 5000 rpm. He's coming, he's coming, building momentum, boost and speed. I had no respect for him. I took off when we were door to door and by the middle of 3rd I had 5 cars on the poor fella. I gave him a smile and thumbs up. It was funny, I was staring at him the whole time, not even looking ahead. I'm not a ****** **** but it was a cool effect.

Then a '98 Mustard GT with exhaust. This ****** has the nerve to take off through an intersection full blast while I'm behing him. I shift outta 1st at 5000, and redline 2nd, flying past pony boy with the "stare treatment". A friendly "I sho fuked you upp" thumb up follows. They never seem to learn about the POWAH.

What else? Oh yeah, some show car super clean '50s chevy with a loud *** V8 was following me around and when we got to a back road I was laughing my *** off and motioned him to go 3 times, (I thing he went the 1st time) then took off on his *** late and shifted the next 3 gears at 6 grand leaving him by dozens of cars, hmm not nice.

Yeah, I sure feel like I'm in the middle of the food chain now. There are countless car that will kick the **** out of me, but the ones that lose, lose BAAAAAAAAAD.

Disclaimer: I dont mind AT ALL losing to a rotary. And if I lose to a piston car, there is a rotary out there that will KICK YOUR ***

take it easy and be safe

Update : Apparently the truck has run 12.9 on spray. I am pretty sure he was not spraying at all when I put a buslength on him though on low boost. Good to know he has a bottle though, maybe next time I'll turn off the A/C, close windows and sunroof, and run 2 extra pounds boost (35 more horsies).
