Supra T72 630-650 hp

Not a win but a very close race with my friends Supra!

Supra has a T72, uprated cams and all mods for 1.4 bar and has dynoed at 630hp with WI. The night we ran his WI wasn't working so I reckon he was pushing more nearer 650hp.

I have a mild street port with T51 SPL and running 1.2 with WI. Not sure on my power as I've not dynoed it yet.

We did 3 runs and all turned out the same... from 2nd gear all the way till top of fourth we are dead even and as soon as I get into 5th the Supra starts pulling me and is about a car and a bit infront by the time I'm at 6800 rpm in fifth which is when I let off.

Not bad!

The local Supra out here is like 636 on meth, race gas, and a PT67. But from a roll it's just a monster! That thing starts to pull and doesn't quit.

Very cool race from the sounds of it.

A toyota dealer around where I live had a clean 95 supra for sale..... $60,000!!! In my books you won the race simply because you probably spent less money.
