Haha, at least you're not a douche though... Most kids that have these cars bought for them know precisely dick about most cars (including their own 7). Glad to see some more mature young guys.

There is a kid here in town that own's a 7 his parents bought for him. AFAIK, he goes to school out of town, and tells people there he's done all the work on it. (I believe it's a single turbo, ~500 hp setup...Sorry, don't know the details. Regardless, I've seen it go a few times, and it's a force to be reckoned with). However, the fact of the matter is that a local shop here has done ALL the work, including mods, tuning, and bodywork. The kid's parents just have money coming out the wazoo, and apparently feel it necessary to give to him to put into the 7.

It's just REALLY irritating when you run into people like this, that CLAIM to have done/paid for the work themselves, when in reality they know precisely dick. Perhaps it's so frustrating because people that DO buy their own cars and DO do their own work know what it really takes.

 

^ i know exactly what you mean...but at least us guys who do the work ourselves know that no matter what car, have that satisfaction and knowledge. and i feel also a greater respect for the car.

lol...sure thing thug. You tell us all how "things go down". I race all the time, but when "things go down" here win or lose I give a thumbs up and or have a conversation about cars. I guess I don't need to try and prove my dick is bigger than yours tho.

So the guy was being a dick to you first? Sounds like you chased him down. He had stopped, and you asked him to race...he declined. So you tried to get him to dump his passengers just to amuse you...I'd of turned you down too...and then after he finally races you make an asshat remark...man i wanna be as cool as you.

 

Sure buddy...start labeling me like you know me. Im far from being a thug but i do treat people with the same respect they treat me. If sombody wants to race and be cool about it, it ends up being a fun race where both people end up giving the thumbs up. But where im from the majority of the people are trying to act hard and talk ALOT of trash before and after the race especially if there is money involved. So yes i do know how it is. Im sure when the race was over the other guy diddnt give him a thumbs up.

 

ok first off i have intake,DP,MP,CB, and a bigger intercooler.. still on the stock ecu running 10psi.... not that many mods... sorry and my midpipe cost me 30$ and it is not an ebay knock off so i would say i have about 1200 in performance mods maybe a few hundred more
