haha, work that chen. Sounds like some good races! I raced an evo on the highway that runs low 12s-probably high 11s. It got pretty ugly. He had a huge jump and I just reeled him in.

How do you know what he runs? What are his trap speeds? Some people might say they run this or whatever to try and impress you. And what do you run? et/trap speed. Please don't tell me you have never run at the track

I didn't mean that as a flame. I was just saying run it at the track and get a time so I can compare more accurately than a street race. I was just saying people might tell you they run a time just to impress you. I find it interesting when I see people actually run at the track. I am obviously not implying you are the one lying because you never claimed a track time. I have no doubt you can outrun an evo, just wanted more info that's all. Just because I have only posted a few times here doesn't mean I don't know anything about rx7s

He has been at the track and i know this for a fact. He ran a high or mid 12 from what i remember and he couldnt get down his launch so the car is capable of more. He has a z06 btw.

That makes since then. I just wanted to know what he ran. So with a good launch he should get high 11s? I am not from idaho I just live there right now. I have run at about 4 different tracks now from alabama to phoenix. I am certainly not a rx7 expert I just know a bit about them. How does he do in his z06 or is that what he ran the evo with? I assumed he had an rx7. I want to run either car at the track, but don't see them there much. I think it would make for a good race.

jerasic go to the 3rd gen section and read the FAQ's there they will give you a decent idea of what mods produce what knd of HP, also how to SAFELY get high numbers, nobody likes to see the "bought single turbo now my engine's blown OMGOMG" posts
