First time ive really ever had an official race inthis car. It was my friends 04 sti vs. my car (mods in sig)

It started when we were driving to the outskirts of fairbanks to go for a run on a twisty highway. We were going about 70mph, i was in 4th gear. Around 3500-4000 IIRC. I got the que and we both hit it, UNFORTUNATLY i kept it in 4th gear. he slowly pulled on me but had maybe a half a car length by 110.

That was the only run we did due to construction a couple miles up and what not.

His car is basically stock, he only has a cd player installed, speakers, and a 15' JL. (STI's dont come with radios)

So you raced against someone on a two lane road throught the hills of Fairbanks?

 

sorry i wasnt clear, we raced on the highway, the we went on a cruise through the twisty roads in fairbanks with 2 other friends.

 

oh, ok, I wasn't sure from the first pic you posted. Sounds like fun. That's a nice lil crew to do a lil touge racing.

 

yeah, the grey miata is supercharged with a water injection kit. He keeps right up with the sti and myself
