Its an old clip of my Fd doing some highway pulls against my cousin's TT Supra. The first two runs were from 40 mph rolls and the last run was from a 1st gear roll (~20 mph??). At the time of these runs, I was making 380whp and he was claiming ~400whp.

My mods at the time: GTK1000, streetport, power fc tuned at 12 psi...
Supra: stock twins with lots of boost and bpu...

Nice kill, I bet he assumed it was going to be an easy win being on the highway. If you really want to embarrass him throw some turns into the mix

 

Idk...that supra looks like he either let off real early every time or didnt know how to drive. Either that or he wasn't making anywhere near 400whp.

But i've seen stock twins on a BPU++ supra (exhaust, downpipe, FMIC, fuel cut removed, running 18psi) come in around 420whp.

 

His supra is an automatic so I dont think it's that difficult to drive. Also, I'm just stating what he claimed. You may be right lol

 

Auto BPU supras are actually faster than people might think.

Something is probably wrong with his car or he doesnt have the HP he claimed.

 

12 psi? Not sure I buy that part....something is definitely wrong with that Supra or you're running more than 12

 

a 400 rwhp Poopra is about as fast as a 320 rwhp FD in my experience.
