Ok WTF? Stage 3 Srt-4 vs Mustang Mach 1 *150 shot nitrous*

I know someone with a high hp srt-4
heheheh my wife drives a 400 whp srt4 as a daily. I just couldn't resist 400 whp for 18k and a 2005. Sure traction is a problem but it's such a bargain. Remember the srt-4 stage 3 is whp at 300-350 depending if he's fiddling with the boost. Top end is where they really fly, launching fwd vehicles like this is a bitch. Also the weight is sub 3000. Lose the wing alone loses like 500 lbs...

sold--no longer in debt
What? Did you just say the wing weighs 500lbs? Most srt4 owners think their cars are a lot faster than they are. Mach 1's are slow, even with a 150 shot. New Cobra's CAN be fast.

my car is a couple cars faster than a stgII srt4, ive never raced a stgIII but i assume that one of them would get me by 2 or 3 cars, and you can see how i got the mach1, so its not too unbelieveable.. but the stang definately was not spraying. that or the srt had more than just a stgIII mopar setup
my car in the video was making about 250whp except in the beginning when it says the stuff about the misfire.. it was running like *** then.
just thought id post since i have a lot of experience running the cars in question here and have vids of it

stage III is a whole different deal. turbo upgrade, larger injectors, catback, higher boost, fuel pump, blah blah - with that putting out about 100-110 more than stock, but a waste of money when you can get the AGP turbo kit for less and hit 430ish whp.

See what I meant about not being able to get it to the ground?

yeah, they definetly cant get all of their power to the ground, she runs drag radials too. i think there are plenty of other cars that are far more worth spending that kind of money on. like rx7's

SRT gUrl isn't someone i would say could drive that car to its full potential. her car is something to put into prespective, but not her driving
mopar is the only one that makes stage "I, II, III." and the most you'll get out of the stage III is about 350whp. others like AGP, ATP will get around 430-450 depending on the tuning.

an srt4 is just like any fwd car making power.. 1/4 times depend on the suspension setup as much or more than they do on the power the engine is capable of. my omni runs mid 14's on ever normal street radial ive tried at the track just because it doesnt hook until 4th. losing to cars that trap 90mph is pretty retarded when you are trapping 104 heh.
big fat wrinkly slicks, a light and hard rear, and a balanced front end are an abosolute necessity to have a fast omni, i assume the srt cars are the same way. im into the old 8 valves, they are super torquey motors.. i doubt its possibly to have a worse traction situation that i have in my omni.. 2200lbs, fwd, and 300 ft/lbs basically off the line.
turbo fwd's require a good driver and a good suspension to run anywhere remotely close to their potential.. but if they are done right they can hang with anything. look how badly i ripped those high power rwd v8's off the line in my little shitbox.. it took years of getting beat down off the line to find the best technique.. light fwd's with torque are almost certainly the most difficult cars out there to drag race.

someones either never ridden in a mach 1 spraying 150 or is spoiled
...of course if someone wanted to be an *******, they could point out that a mach one running at that power level would easily last 150 thousand miles... while a turbo 7 making the same hp would **** the bed if you sneezed wrong while looking at it
