Fumanchu = a total idiot and with very bad case of lil ***** envy.

Holy ****. I have NEVER heard suck blatant lies before on here. My FD had it's engine rebuilt within the first month I owned it. After that when did I ever have oil, coolant, boost leaks in my FD? My FD was at 100% for the majority of the time I had it up until I sold it. Tri-Point Engineering even said that I had one of the best running stock FD's they have seen. I will even go as far as this... If you can prove any of the above statement, I will paypal you $100 cash. It's that easy. It shouldn't be too hard to do a little searching to find your claims.
And thanks for making assumptions about my financial situation. I am flattered that you find me so interesting that you think about my personal life during your spare time. Plus the "yo momma" joke was a good addition too. You covered all the basis for being a complete dumbass. Thanks for playing.

lets all get angry and yell at eachother.....why does everyone argue about this. if he puts a TII motor in his FB obviously he can take an s2k no problem. an S2K and an FC run just about the same times stock. take that motor out of the FC and put in in a lighter car...THEN increase boost pressure....HE IS GOING TO WIN. S2000's are good reliable roadsters, but for us rotards we would much prefer to have a car to work on and have fun with. modding those cars voids the warranty...SOLUTION...BUY AN OLD CAR WITH NO WARRANTY! ok im done

I enjoy the s2k. Handling is on par with a stock FD and no complaints so far. The only thing I forsee coming is getting bored with the power level. Nothing a little supercharger can't fix. I highly recommend the car to any FD owners that want to move on to a comparable car performance wise thats in the same class.

I don't know the s2k looks somewhat like the miata to me and I would think their handling is about the same. I think I would get an older miata and through a turbo charger on it and some better tires and maybe upgrades struts and springs and call it a day. It would be cheaper than an s2k but maybe a tad less stylish. Lol, there I go being an rx7 nut again thinking about power performance over style and all that jazz

"All go, no show" only work up until when you're about 21...that's why I had T2, n/a FCs, Hondas, etc...I just couldn't afford more. So quotes like "All go, no show" and "form follows function" were my excuses to justify why I drive cars that are either unreliable or plain looking, but decently fast. You compromise because you have to.
It's sad to say, but once you graduate from college and get a real job and actually become a productive member of the society, form itself becomes function. You can't drive a FB, FC, Civic, Integra, etc to a client and expect to close deals that are worth well over 100 times what your car is worth. They WILL laugh at you. Once again you compromise because you have to.
Once again, I don't give a flying f*$k how fast a FB is, I will never buy a UFO to drive around.(Personal preferrence) If anyone on the board says, for the same price they will choose FC or FB over a FD, you will be laughed at.
S2000 are good cars that are decently priced, newer and more recognized(by the general population) model than FD, reliable and its form does speak some class despited its Honda emblem. It's probably one of the best engineered cars around. 120hp/ltr for piston engines don't come easy. Like Fumanchu said, people buy cars for different reasons. You can't argue with the fact that Honda outsells Mazda by a wide margin.
