i'm on my way back from denver with my fiancee on my company's car which is 05 lotus elise, while cruising on the freeway, i saw there's a lancer on my rear view mirrors and i thought nothing about it until he pulled up next to me and start reving. now i don't really race on the street or freeway, so i just left it alone, but when he keeps on reving to me for quite sometime and showing the middle finger, that's when i got pissed and start reving back and accept his challenge, anyway i know his lancer is not a turbo as i don't hear any sound of the turbo spooling or the BOV goes off. i let him roll first and he's in front of me by 2 and a half cars and on his 3rd gear when i decided to downshift to second gear and start pulling and by the time when i got to 5th gear he's 4 cars behind me. So i slowed down a little, expecting him to pull right beside me and he did not. He just followed behind me until i make the I-50 exit.

i guess those kids think that the lancer is something especially after it was shown on the FF3 movie.

well i own the company with another partner of mine, he bought himself an $60K Jaguar XK8 for his daily driving and tax purposes and i bought a lotus elise. Anyway, our company have a contract with the government and i don't want to go into details on that. Believe it or not is up to you. this is 1 of my company that we own that have contract with the goverment, here's the business license M01-05813 and is registered in Las vegas, NV.

 

lol...if you want, you can submit a bid to the government. There's a lot of project that the government offering right now, especially around New Orleans are.

 

doesnt the lotus elise come only with 180hp inline4 toyota motor?

 

lotus elise weighs around 1900 lbs and the engine that they're using is the toyota celica's engine which is 1.8l DOHC and maximum power is 190HP at 7800 rpm. Try riding in 1 and u'll love it. Mine is all stock.

a lancer only has about 130hp stock....lol...who the f*#k would wanna race a lotus in a lancer. as a matter of fact, who the f*#k would wanna race any1 in a lancer, may-b a geo metro...lol

 

hm...i did call tri-point and speak to mark for their supercharger and the kit cost around $6500 which include xede engine and computer wired program and dyno tuned with proper tuning it can go up to 250WHP. I'm still considering whether to go that route or not, but since i still have 4 more years to pay off everything, so i'll just take it easy for now.
