well my buddy got an '05 subaru legacy gt, the model with the detuned sti engine. and he wanted to see how the 7 would stack up on the highway(bad decision...). now my car is nothing special, 1987 turbo II, i have a 2.5" downpipe, deleted cat, custom intake and an hks f-con she dynoed at 190hp and 160tq at 90 degrees at about 10lbs. it was pretty cool that night so my car was running about 12lbs through the stock intercooler. we got onto the highway and we start from the top of 2nd about 5000rpm, he gets a little jump because of the 2.5l he gets about 1/2 a car ahead of me but once we hit about 90 i start reeling his *** in like a minnow. we stop at about 120 and i'm about 1 car ahead of him. we get off the highway then get back on and go from a rolling start in first. again he gets the jump and again on the top end i start reeling him in. the funny thing is, beforehand he seemed so sure he would win but to his surprise it was a genuine raping ( ). now i know it wouldn've turned out differently if we wouldn't went from a stop, but he didn't suggest it. i don't know why....but he didn't. so i'm pretty proud of the 7 needless to say. thanks for reading.

I'd say with your dyno #'s I'm not suprised. I own a '06 LGT and they are very quick cars and yes I think he'd *** rape you off the line, but an FC with good driver (I'm giving you credit) and those #'s = owned suby.

i havent been beaten yet by anything other that sti or evo.
beat a corvette a week ago. i have a little over 400 ponies.

those must have been some pretty heavily modded sti's and evo's if they can beat you with 400hp.
