Dont be naive, these types of people do exist, otherwise we would have no prisons to house these types of people.
Based on past road ragers Ive dealt with, some succesfully, some not, and my study of criminal law, I am quite sure the video is authentic.

Even if it is fake, it is good for people to see what could potentially happen. Don't mess with another man's car....ever. Say this happened in Texas, with a CHL or not, the BMW driver could of shot that guy with no risk of going to jail. Baseball Bat, aggressive behavior, no alternative but to pull a gun...boom. People need to understand it is not a game.
I won't mention what my friend did to some teens in a Lexus RX300 that were harassing him in his G35, but rest assured he let them know that there is no place for bullshit on the road.

I've posted this in automotive lounge. But since the topic is on bmws and M3s. Check out this 800HP M3 I luckily caught on film up on the way to Las Vegas for Mfest.
I was passenger in my buddies 745. His cousin has the tuned M6 and bolt ons(roughly 550hp) and this beast comes out of no where and eventually catches up to the M6. I think they prob got up to 160mph+
Skip to the 8:00min mark.

After driving one today it really made me realize just how far cars have come since our FC's though. I'll have my own thread up for it shortly as to not spoil this one though :P

Uh no sir you are wrong. The M3 weighs 3652 with 414 hp. That equates to a power/weight ratio of 8.82. The average FD weighs around 2,700 (most are modified with aftermarket exhausts, etc lowering the weight). An FD with as little as 320 hp has a power/weight ratio of 8.43. I think it's safe to say that 99% of FDs out there have close to 300 rwhp. Even with 280 rwhp that equals 330 or so at the motor. Sorry to burst your bubble but the newer M3's are not "beastly". Physics always wins.

Both of them are getting 6266 turbos and I plan on making a comparison thread when I find a way to race them against each other. The FC will 'hopefully' be around 500 rwhp and the M will be right around 600 rwhp. No idea which one will be faster in a straight line though, power/weight isn't everything. You also have to take power under the curve, gearing, drag, shift times, etc. into account.
