spray is ok, I have quite a few friends who have it on the F-bodies/GTOs around here and it does wonders, cheap power. Just another form of power-adder.

A fairly small shot (150) and ancient technology (carbed 350) has gotten him into single digit ets, so why wouldn't he squeeze.

If you're serious about it, you should talk to Steve Kan (known as Pluto on the forum).
He used to squeeze a 75 shot, while coming out of the hole.

Here is a vid of the truck killin me again at the track.
It starts at 0:30...
I spin 2nd and 3rd gear on the first run and let out.
I run 11.1 the second run and still not even close.

There's a 650whp FD in japan running 9s on street tires...with a 13B...I think it has a single turbo...but i'm not 100% sure. Was street legal...I find that pretty sick. No nitrous :P . Here's the link:

Damn that truck is fast as FAWK, but it's still ugly as hell.

Nice runs. Nice car and nice truck too. No shame in losing to something like that.

Have any details on his engine? Displacement, compression, cams, etc?

I'm pretty sure you would murder that truck from a roll motor to motor. Its obviously going to run quicker at the track because it is 100% set up for it. Run him from 40 again with no spray. You will pull at least 2 lengths and just keep on pulling if I were to guess. Hell you were right there with him on the 150 shot in the second race.

Seriously..lol Nice truck and FD you have there!

Bottom line is you cant mess with small block power in a feather weight vehicle no matter how you put it! Torque is a wonderfull thing.

But watch your own second video again. The only point in which he pulled on you was when you were shifting. When you were in gear and ON power, you actually seemed to pull HIM. In fact I think it would not even be a fair race if he was off spray.
