that is really weird that you put down all that power at only 5.5 psi.., one would think the boost would have increased due to the turboback exhaust and the intake.

The Duty Solenoid Valve (the stock electronic boost controller) wasn't working properly. Either it wasn't getting the proper signal from the ECU, or something was messed up, because I tried two of them, neither worked. But if I pulled the wastegate pressure side off to test the turbo/wastegate, then it went over 5.5 lbs boost just fine.
