93' Virgin R1 v C5 Vette
A goal I set when I got my car is to make it fast enough to beat a vette. Well I was going back to my apt from the base and when i seen that black vette and then a red light my heart started racing before my car did. We both took of easy and he went and then I punched it my car slid a little when I got into boost then I shifted into 2nd im still hanging on, mind you that this was in downtown gulfport on 49 right around the I-10 interchange. Well I hit 3rd and the car really started catching up then passed there was some traffic so I let off. His nose was now hanging on by a thread right around the rear tires of my car. It's not a kill but it's got to be worth something we got up to around 120 in 4th after the slow down I just went back to 3rd and then back to 4th and he couldnt catch up.

I had a c5 zo6 (with exhaust) pulling out on me on the freeway today. 70mph to 120mph. When we shut down at 120mph, he had little bit less than 1/2 car length on me. Well, I down shifted to 4th, and not to the 3rd, so my rpm was at 4000rpm when I started, but I'm pretty sure he would have beaten me regardless.
my mods: 13psi on stock seq twins, m2 stage 3 ecu, greddy smic, efini y-pipe, bonez hf cat, bonez dp, trust twin intake, rsr single tip catback, stock motor.
