Gsl-Se Vs 68 Stang

So im out enjoying the nice day, cruisign around and lo and behold, i pull up behind a guy in traffic at a light, its an older stang, fresh red paint, the guy's plate reads 302 - 68.

im assuming that meant the engine and year.

well a few miles down the road traffic clears, i get next to him at another light and i look over, he's blaring peter frampton ( what the christ?! ) and looks over at me, turns his music down and says "you eally think that little thign can handle this?"

i said "Only one wya to find out right" he nods, we take off and stretch it out till about 60mph rolls around, were just cruising along waiting to get free from behind traffic.... well about 2 miles down the road it clears, were going about 60, he blips the throttle, as do i, he holds ujp 3 fingers signifying 3 honks, well, as the third one rolls around i drop it into third and just start pulling ( yay for rotary mids ) i kept pulling, and pulling, let off at the top of 4th at about 120ish and he was quite a ways back.... maybe he gave up after i got 3 cars on him?

well we come to the little hole in the wall known as whitehouse ( the highway stretch was between tyler and whitehouse ) and he pulls over, i follow.... he just blares peter frampton, gets out of his car, ignores me, pumps his gas and gets back in, all while im sitting outside of my car waiting for him to talk.

Oh, the funny part, this wasnt some retarded kid, it was a 50 year old guy.

I thought when you got older, you learned to be more humble and not have such a big sense of pride... oh well, guess i was wrong

Maybe his body was 50 but mentally he was 16. He got chewed up and spit out due to his ignorance. He didn't know how to deal with it.

Go race him off the line .

Because I'm sure that guy barely even takes care of his car and you would win that too.
