gotta love the honda boys
so today, just cruisin and enjoyin my day, and two young men in a honda hatch roll up on me on a four lane side road just off the freeway. I am lot looking for nothing, just enjoying my tunes and cruising, going to see my woman.
Half way between lights this young man starts egging me on by the on and off gas deal. I just cruise leaving him to wonder what is up. we roll to the next light, I just look over and give him the nod. As the light turns green, this kid puts it to planet mars and smokes the tires. All i hear is lots of turbo and see smoke.
Not quite what I was ready for. I left a little soft at around 5k, kid pulls me by a few cars, grab 2nd and pull up beside him, hear this buuussh as he is grabbing a gear, I leave it in 2nd and start to turn on the heat, grab 3rd at 7k and look over. hear the boosh again, this little **** is still hanging with me. Ok game over,left it in 3rd and took it well over 9k, now got him by a car or two. we both ran out of space and had to brake really hard as traffic impeaded the rest of our fun.
We roll to the next light side by side, this kid rolls down his window and gives me the thumbs up, made the old man feel good............guess I still got it when it counts. car may not look that fast, but it will beat a honda anyday, even if it cost me a motor.......never loose to a honda.........hahaha
