Seems like a pretty badass EVO to me.

 

Although I have to agree with you, it does seem pretty badass, the point is more about the driver being quite a rookie. Dude, how can you justify spending that much $$ to increase hp to the point where it actually hurts you...LOL 12.7, dont they run 13s stock??
dont mess with this kid on a roll though, well thats unless you have a decent single setup of course!

 

that has a big turbo upgrade too. i used to own a 11 second stock turbo evo. trust me, the stock turbo doesnt kick in like that... even in 11 second trim. he is a pretty horrible driver. that should run mid 120mph at least with a decent driver. it did run a 119 with a 12.7. of course, in 30 degree weather, my evo would burn tires in a strait line easing onto it through 3rd gear. but i didnt have the turbo delay like this one, or 119 mph (I traped 115). definatly a turbo upgrade.

It has a GT35R, plus it sounds alittle more aggresive from his external wastegate w/ no return. My point was that the kid cant drive for ****. ITs a long story the kid is a tool. It just makes me laugh because he runs around my area talking **** behind my back and trying to make him self into this massive tech and racer.....when in reality he pays somebody to do the work but takes credit for it all. Hes the excuse king. The day the track was in good shape wasnt rainy, it was in the high 50's low 60's.

 

when i had the evo i lived in bowling green, ky. it isnt actually hard to get them in the 11s on stock turbo. it was no joke. if i had installed the gt 30r turbo kit i put together and rebuilt the motor like i planned it should have gone 10s.

 

ha ha, i know a dude just like that in bg , ky. accept he doesnt have a nice car. he has been trying to build the fast and furious eclipse from a GS. all it is , is a bunch of bondo and a stock GS motor thats about to go to heaven. funny thing, he has talked a guy into giving him 10 grand to build a honda motor and make it have 500+ hp. this guy has never even pulled a motor from a car let alone build one. i bet it goes about 5 miles. ha ha. i hate people like this.

 

Oh yeah, I know the guy's a tool. No doubts about that. The vid with the backfires was more than enough to convince me. I was just saying, the car is badass.
