Got my Car dyno'ed Modded S5 NA

I went to a local dyno shop today ( was on a 2 week waiting list). I was really wondering what I actualy had after a lightly modded Elcipse GTS was dead even with me. First off this is to the people that said i would be lucky to get 160 out of my car (including icemark/sureshot)

I really wish i had a scanner of some kind to validate my claim. But i dont

191 rwhp

if you really do have 191 rwhp, you got a damn good n/a machine there, good job, now you need to add a little more to get 200rwhp then it'll be a monster

Islate that filter and the stock coils are pretty rad. If Jacobs Pro-Pac tends to the do the job too.

Its all up to you. Great job! I'm happy you take the NA and make us proud.

What torque did you make anyways?

172 torque... does that sound right. The "Porting Size Mystery" on my car makes my over analyize numbers.

Ive never heard of the Jacobs Pro-Pac?

I beleive SUmmit may have it also! Also make sure your grounds are legit too, that might spike up 1-2 more HP !

And 172 torque seems like alot...

172 is alot because I have never seen an NA streetport dyno that high. Your dyno might have poorly calibrated resulting in faulty numbers.

Dyno sounds really high, but no doubt that car was quick for a N/A. Both my girlfriend and her brother have lightly modded TSI AWD Talons, and I could walk them both when I owned it.

Glad to hear my tuning paid off, an MSD and a little more tweaking and we should have it to the 200 mark

Nice numbers...wonder how much higher it'll go with standalone?

Also, any modifications to the intake?

Well in response to the torque question... The dyno place was super busy and they were doing the cars very quickly. It wasnt what i expected...they kinda just handed me the paper and shoved me out the door. So mabey the dyno somehow got (un) calibrated between cars. Just a guess.

And to chris... yes it did pay off my man! This spring im gonna go to you for the MSD/ koyo/ SS lines. I put springs on her by the way. It is a world of difference. Thanks.

Oh and to adress Lenny...

As far as Me and Chris (Banzai Racing) know, my 5th and 6th ports were closed until august of 05'. I dont know if they were on or off when u had the car or not. But they def were not getting the right amount of voltage to open them up as of August of last year. Chris did a ground to actualy open them up. So that (possibly) and the AFC leaning it out alot could of resulted in a good increase over what you experienced when u owned it.

Nice kill... Um, nice car anyway!

So do you find your headers, cat, and exhaust to be reasonable? I've considered revamping my exhaust system this year and would be interested to hear your opinion. Do you have any dyno numbers before the header?

Thanks!

Cbrinega: Kahren did a before and after dyno of stock manifolds VS header on a streetported vehicle at least.

Instead of the Bonez Cat, wouldn't it be better if replaced the Bonez with a straight pipe? Or no. You inspire me.

If you want a nice dyno run and not have to wait freakin two weeks, you can always drive to columbus, at auto exotica. I will let you do a few pulls after hours for a good price.

1.) What kind of dyno is this? Mustang? Dyno Jet?
2.) Where was it at?
3.) When are you gonna goto the track with it :P

You probably should aim for a used LSD so you have some more pep off the line, as well as some ignition upgrade(what people said), maybe a custom CAI too. Go for 200! You could be the first n/a to hit 13's in a fc!
