First real race, first real kill, and death :)

So, i suck at shifting still. This is my first manual tranny car. I was out pracing shifting, learning the car and whatnot. Im crusing along and i see some mustang headlights coming up on my rear. He gets up next to me and i see SNAKES. WOOO. First worth opponet i think for the FD. so were crusing at aboot 25mph, he downshifts, i drop to 2nd. He punched it i followed i skwaked and spun a bit but we were even.

So i signal and we pop on the highway. CLEAR. We line up next to eachother at about 45mph, he drills it agin, i follow suit, it was all very fast. I think i put 2 cars on him form 45-110. Line up agin about 55 this time. I put about 1 car on him. Slow down and thumbs up from both of us.

So then we take the highway back to the main road that you see all the cars on and hit a stop light. We are both the front runners. I ask him the year, 99 cobra, not boosting. Cool i thought, he gave props and i gave props back. Then the green droped, and i was dusted. I really have to learn how to launch from a stop. I guess that means more practice OH darn right??

This is my first story, flame away please.

Love the car though I hope you have replaced the balded front tires! Take good care of her and she will take good care of you! don't do any mods unless you know fully what you are doing or can get advice! I would hate to see your cars engine go kaboom.

take care man!

I bought her with brandy new ones on it.

Nope no new mods for now, except new brakes. One rotor is a little warped.
