We just got our TII to run a few days ago. Its been in the driveway for the last 3 months while we worked on it. After many notes from the neighborhood about not working on cars in the driveway because it "doesnt look pretty," the car started up about 5 days ago. Their was a leak in the exhaust right before the turbo, inbetween the manifold. We took the gasket off tonight and over half of it was missing, replaced it, and then took it for a drive at around 4am. We wanted to get up on the boost and see what it was running at so we decided to head to the top of the mountain where we know there arent any cops. On the way up there, we were hauling tail when we came up to a red honda hatch. We are stuck behind him and on the last turn, he dips in and starts to haul ***. He keeps going around the turns at the apex, somewhat fast. I was having to let off the gas just so i didnt catch up to fast. When the top of the mountain went flat, the honda got to see what a turbo at 10psi sounded like as we went pass him. We give him the thumbs up but he had a pretty pissed off look on his face and tried to keep on our tail. After a few more turns, there was no honda in our mirror anymore.

Was a pretty good time after getting the car back up and running.

 

Nice kill. I wish that people who drove honda's would finally realize that their **** is SLOW.

 

It's funny, cause not only are they slow in real life but in GT4 too. I just started playing recently and this dude told me he'd let me copy his card (he had just started playing too). He had a CIVIC. Slow as ****. Oh, he asked me later if I had NAWS and said it worked pretty well. I hooked up the car a little more to race it in the Type R races cause he told me you win a $95,000 Civic race car in the end, and I'll be damned if you don't. So I sold about 5 of those and got my RE Amemiya car, haha. Sorry to jack your thread man, nice kill!
