Next time keep it on the track though, it's much safer and legal. Both are big pluses.

I'm glad I didn't have my car when I was 17. I'd be dead.

Be careful kid.

Except for the whole, uh, top fuel dominance thing. Not tryin to jack the thread. ANYWAYS good thing you didn't get caught! You do not need those kind of problems at 17.

I have a good friend with an srt-4 full bolt-ons, meth who runs 20 psi (i believe), a piggy back fuel management, and he runs high 12s in his srt-4. They can be pretty quick little guys with some cheap mods.

Hehe, I think I'm gonna go a full 180 on that one...I wish I had my FD when I was that young or younger!!!!
Then again, I'd be pissed if I wrecked it!!! Kinda like I did with my first few training wheels.

We have a local SRT-4 with a boost controller, icemand CAI, and a quicktrip downpipe with cutout and he consistantly runs a 13.6 at like 100ish. They're tractionless wonders though.

FWD FTL.

the srt 4 i raced just got into a huge accident. His springs were too short for his shocks so the shocks would always buttom out on small bumps. He was going 120 when he hit a small dip. Car flew into the air and flipped. My friends survived but hit legs are fucked. Thats all i know.

I do know that cops can not be underestimated. Thats why i started to take random turns with my lights off in pitch black. I was running approx 12 psi. maybe a little less because my PFS intercooler dropped some boost after my tune.

Holy **** that sucks about the skittle just remember man that could be you it only takes one mistake at those speeds!

I'm in the same boat as you I've had my FD since 16 and I'm now 18, I know what its like to see those blue lights, I can't think of any of my friends that haven't either got a ticket or in a wreck, and me with the FD still hasn't. The radio is faster than any car you can buy...never run unless you absolutely know you can make it!

Cops are still human, if he's a blur to you and he's standing still just go, must likely he can't read your plates. He will radio it, but way it is down here the cops don't patrol close on the highways. I never race on the street anymore tho, I have felt the karma that comes with it, save it for the track.

If I am going 140+ on highway and a cop is stopped, popping people I never stop, it's a waste of time. Plus working at the Government center in my town I pretty much know where they go and talk to them regularly. They hate when I come in for work though, guards give dirty looks.. why? indoor garage+bridgeport+open exhaust = pretty laud in the early mornings I know I'm a *** >.<
