Thats is funny ... A friend of mine is a chevy guy and he was telling me that Cadillac FWD V8s will fit in a J-Body with the Caddy Sub-Frame easily swapping into the Cavalier. I've seen one after that ... this Cavalier was like a 89 ... LOL ... He was trying to bait me in a race and I was in my KA powered 240sx at the time.

 

This is a little bit off topic, but the owner of MR2OC.Com has a MkI Mr2 with a Cadillac Northstar engine in it http://www.v8mr2.com/. So I guess a Cavalier with a V8 in it isn't that far fetched...
