Which one were you driving?

 

Stupid vette owners. I cannt see a C5 Z06 taking it to bad. My GenII snake with minor bolt ons, takes the 08 Z06 all day and the chevys rated with a higher HP rating. How did that happen?

I didnt see anything to be scared of! I wonder if they have any 1/4 mile times?

 

I think a nice single set-up FD could have spanked both of them... Good race though dont really understand why the Viper lost by so much I mean the vette looked like it only got to about 150-160 and it wasnt super quick thought it would have been a better race.

What exactly an I hateing on? Vettes are like civics, everyone has one and says its the fastest car on the road.

 

I think you said "stupid vette owners". The Vette was obviously way faster. This Vette, this Viper. Not your Viper, this Viper. It is what it is ........... deal with it . Whining about it won't change anything.

 

Been there done that with three vipers and a few vettes inc the 427 there good top end but from a stop to 140mph so far im not impressed. But im sure theres some out there that would rock my world!

Well a stock c6 ZO6 is better has beatin the viper in every article I have ever read. Maybe not in stats but everyone prefers the way corvette rides and handles. I do however think that the Viper is a way sexier car.

 

Was it just me or did that Viper had the Targa top off and the windows open pulling??

That could have easily caused the loss of Aerodynamics as you can clearly see the Z06 pulling hard up top.

I know when I drive without my Targa in the C6, I always drive speed limit.

there is definitely an element of truth to this...vettes are EVERYWHERE....I like the C6, but it's like the new Civic or something
