kinda hard since i have never posted a vid on youtube, and if the vid came from the sti driver, that explains why i beat him
I was kidding about it being on youtube..
It should be on there because this story is...
I dont care much now, as of last week i have installed a turbo kit onto my miata, its fun breaking traction in second, and im looking on taking it to the drag strip very soon[/QUOTE]
Good luck with the turbo, it still wouldn't take a properly drivin' sti in a drag race...

to me it sounds like the STI wasn't originally intending to race when the Miata guy passed him but then later tried to pass him in traffic and then on some curvy roads and due to a lack of drivings skills couldn't keep up
an AWD turbo car will make up for only so much for poor drivers the car may have been automatic as well

few things to know about STI's
1. alot of shity drivers own then
2. the car traps in 5th gear, thats right you have to be in 3rd to get to 60 and 5th to get to 100+ thats alot of shiftin
3. weight is about 3350
4. that 300hp/300torque that puts 235-240whp
when i race, the gas pedal doesnt come off the floor till the end
you should never hear a BOV if its driven right
like I said RACE mine anywhere, drag, cones or road course
real cars smoke all 4, and yes thats mine

The stock STI is pretty quiet.
A modded STI would be hard to kill for your stock-engined Miata, no matter how shitty the driver was. You can shift 'em at 4k and still be faster than a Miata.
If you could hear the BOV, the car was probably modded. That supports the riced-out WRX theory.
The STI is amazing because of the price and the fact that they're already nasty off the showroom floor. But they are damn ugly. Nothing like a 7.

Lambo on the blue ridge...was it yellow w/charcoal interior?
If so, I've seen that guy on I-66 and around Northern VA. Holy **** that car sounds good! I was on my old POS Yamaha and I heard him before I saw him.
Driver is a douchebag, tho.
How do I know?
He was eating Cheez Puffs. While driving his Lamborghini. ****.

All of that will be easy cake with the new setup at 15psi.
