89 gtu n/a vs. 06-07 rsx

forgot to tell you guys about this one, my buddy just picked up a nice rsx, not the type s. we were all on the highway the other night and decided to race him from a roll, i had to honk and all which i dont like doing very much, but to make a long story short, we were dead even the whole way untill we caught up with traffic in the middle of 4th gear, and had to slow down. now im not sure if i should be mad i didnt win, or happy i didnt lose with a 17 year old stock car, vs a 06-07 acura rsx? any body have any experience runnin against a rsx? we have gone from a stop before, and i completely raped him, but he wasnt that great a launching yet so we would have to go again another day.
