This was pretty funny. I was stopped preparing to make a right onto the on ramp of our 101 freeway. It's a two lane on ramp. A guy in a 280 Z came flying up right next to me as if he's late for a wedding and nearly locks it up to stop as not to fly into the right of way of happenstance traffic. Things clear out and we both start. The guy actually launches, so I roll on the throttle and wind out first and speed shift second. Keep in mind I'm driving a Toyota Tacoma 4x4 extra cab. My girlfriend is with me for extra weight. I hear the guy next to me screaming the crap out of his engine, but can't believe he hasn't blown by me yet. LOL I wind out second and speed shift to third. We're parallel to each other about to enter the freeway. I let him go ahead so I could get a look at his shinny chrome fart can. As funny as it was I had a blast.

My Tacoma runs 17.2s at about 81 mph.

lol 280z are SLOOOW the only way it could have beat u is if it was a 280zx turbo!
