Who would swap a v8 in my fc?

I was curious if anyone knew of any places that would swap a v8 into my 1987 TII. I am sick of this friggen engine and it giving me nothing but problems. I love the car and I think it is absolutely gorgeous but I cant stand the aggrivation anymore of trying to get it to pass emissions. She runs great but I cant get her to pass emissions. Does anyone have any ideas or know of anyone that does this?

Get a friend in another state without emissions tests to register the car

I can. Too bad I'm all the way up here in Canada. Looks like you've got the resources if you did all the body work on the car (looks awesome BTW), so why don't you do it yourself? The swap isn't as difficult as some people make it out to be. You need patience and mechanical aptitude and cash.
