I assume you're talking SCCA, you can buy a rule book at an event for $15 or order one from their website online (I'm not sure what shipping costs).
For "fully gutted caged" it really depends on exactly what you've done if you're talking autocross classes (Most likely you're in a Prepared class at that point). I'm not really familiar with the track classes.

ITE road race, BP autocross. Both of those assume you prepare to the rule book, but those are the most likely classes. If you have NASA, you can also run Super Unlimited, that is what my car is built for. Carl
