Autocross.

And you do it perfect, by utilising the right amount of gas, braking and steering input to get you around the course the fastest...

 

Do you ever use the ebrake at all

 

That would slow you down too much.... goal is to go as fast as possible w/out hitting the cones. no room for "fancy" driving, just skillfull driving.

 

Practice, lots of practice.

You should probably never use the ebrake in autocross. The only time I can think that it would be necessary is if you have to do a complete 180 and the course is not wide enough for the car to complete the turn normally. But I don't think you will ever see a course that tight.
The proper technique to a slalom is to try to drive over the back side of the cone with the inside tire.

E Brake is a trick used by FWD cars to induce oversteer.

Depending on your region, the SCCA Solo II events you can ride a long with a more experienced driver. You might want to spend a day riding with some different drivers and watch how they do it, so you can pick up some pointers.

There is a lot more to autocross than going fast.
