What is the best tire pressure for FC's at autocrossing?
Going autocrossing 'morrow and was curious as to the best tire pressure F/R, respectively.
Car in sig w/BF goodrich Touring T/A tires P205/60/VR15. No suspension mods at all.

it is also a little difficult to give pressure recomendations over the internet. this takes some testing and monitoring to get right. also it is very track and temperature dependent. get a good tire pressure gauge and a tire pyrometer and take pressures and temps and keep a log with the track and surface temp. also make notes for future reference. most race tires or "R" compound tires are looking for 180*F accross the tire and 35psi for the DOT tires and 25psi for slicks hot. I usually start DOT's at 28-29 psi and slicks at 17psi cold. outside temp over 80*F
