Not sure what happened to the first post

I am getting ready to start trnasfering brackets from a stock rearend to an ford 8.8" to go under my 84 rx7. The car will be 90% drag raced and 10% autocrossed. Motor is making around 350hp at the wheels.
Should I ditch the watts link for a simple panhard rod?

Also I plan on lowering the car slightly. If I do stick with the watts link should I weld the mount higher up on the diff for the amount I lower the car?

Any input would be appreciated.

Later
Randy

I would ditch the watts link in favor of a panhard bar. You have better adjustability with a panhard.

Not to mention your roll center will be lower and more desirable with a pan hard over the watts linkage.
