Vacuum gauge question

Hey everyone this isnt on my rex just so you know. I have a Glo Shift vacuum gauge in my dodge pickup and it makes like a vibration sound at different rpms, under different loads. I dont know if its just a cheap gauge but has anyone ever run into this and found a fix? It also goes to 0 lbs of vacuum when Im not even under full throttle, could this be part of the problem? Any advice would help, its anoying the **** out of me. Thanks
