Where can you buy titanium exhaust pipe? I'm building a JC Cosmo and stock exhaust is so heavy.
I want to build a down pipe, mid pip, custom cat back
Im looking for
3 inch TI pipe
4 45 bends
vband flanges that can be welded to the TI pipe

The biggest I've seen available in small quanities is 2.5". It ran about $65 a foot IIRC.
I would just go with some 3" 304 stainless from Burns Stainless for about $25/ft. or find a local steel supplier to get it for you.
