Nothing to impressive, clean and easy to work on. Need to hook up a cold air intake.

Paul - why does the car still have the stock hood hinges? I didn't notice that before in that picture... all of a sudden they seemed so out of place with 4 pins...

I have no idea Chris. I guess the hinges and the bar act as a support for the fiber glass hood.

I got this car in July and have had it in my possession about 3 days. Long story.....
Hopefully will be ready to do battle at the double national in Feb. I don't think I can make the regional at this point.

I wouldn't call it a race car, but it spends more time on the track than the street.

does the fan actually help on the IC?

I mean do you see on the data screens a drop in air temps
when you have the fan on...

nice engine bay!

It may help with heat soak when stopped in traffic, but I have not data. The air coming out of the fan is quite warm so its pulling heat from somewhere. As you can see, the air temp sensor is at the outlet, but it's response time is too slow to get any meaningful data.

hopefully I can get it to weigh under 2600 with full interior and 350 rwhp.
that'd be perfect.

Thanks.
The RX-Midget weighs about 1500 lbs w/o driver.

The wheels are Superlites (Minilite replicas).
More info can be see here in the RX-Tuner article.
