hey i was wondering if anybody knew what th erule on seats were, i am getting ready to do my interior and didn't want to buy recliners now and have to buy buckets when i get there...... before anyone starts telling me to read the rule book, i already have in all race classifications and can't find anything on seats, only things like the harness and other safety items

 

2008 SCCA GCR pg 90 section 9.3.40 ..........one piece bucket type........back of seat firmly attached to the roll hoop, or its cross bracing....... Seats homologated......mounted in accordance with...... FIA need not be...............

Ummm, before you get *where*? What sort of "racing" are you planning on doing? Road racing? Auto-X? Time Attack? HPDE/PDX? The rules are all different for each.
