Rx7 IMSA Kit
I know Rotary Engineering still sells the molds they bought from Mariah but it has no cutouts for the gas door or the front turn signals, ISC Racing used to make a kit (doesnt anymore) and Mazda Comp used to make a kit (doesnt anymore AFAIK), SOOO many variations of the IMSA Kit but where do I get one with cutouts for turn signals and gas door!!
Im just so confused all I want is an IMSA kit with turn signals and a gas door... Any leads or info about where to buy other IMSA Kits would be awesome dudes.
here is the kent racing kit which is exactly what Rotary Engineering sells, no gas door or turn signals.
Mariah(?) kit according to the author of this site http://www.rxforyour7.com/mariah.htm ,has gas door and turn signals. confuses me because Rotary Engineering bought Mariahs molds for kits and their kit doesnt have gas door or turn signals.
Kit 22cWorks used with gas door and turn signals, looks pretty sharp but OF COURSE their website doesnt exist anymore so there is no info on this car

The molds used to make the actual IMSA kits wouldn't have provisions for gas doors nor turn signals. It's fiberglass - it's going to need modification and tweaking to fit well anyway, if you want more openings you're going to have to do it yourself.

If you pay for it I'm sure Brandon will have something custom laid up for you with a door cutout, I actually just found it in the corner of our fiberglass area. That said, if you're going to the trouble of fitting an IMSA/GTO kit properly, you can do it yourself. It's not like any of these are complete bolt on once you go past the Mode One

At the risk of hijacking a bit, do your molds for the GTO-1 package have the cutout behind the front wheel like the Kendall 75 car does currently, or is it the older style without the cutout?

Just being clear, they are not my molds, I run the space that Rotary Engineering is operating out of. And no I don't believe his parts have that cutout, in fact I'd be willing to be that that cutout was done far after the fact. Honestly I'd just hop on to www.rotaryengineering.com and shoot Brandon a message if you're interested in something.
