pls help me appraise my car OR....

close to GTUs spec (technically speaking)
GREAT EXterior Condition
good but not great interior condition
chassis 120,000
motor 45,000
NO CHEAP PARTS USED EVER!
Spare GTUs tranny and and 4 piston calipers included.
Optional exhaust set up included.
Car Maintained by PR Motorsports. very $$
Great TRACK CAR. Not the most comfy city car.

I want to sell to someone who will RACE this car.
New ACT clutch with Racing Beat disk and flywheel!!!!

1/4 mile low 15's
I love this car and my wife and I will cry if we sell it but please help me figure out how much I should ask for.
Keep in mind this car is very well sorted and track tested.
