Lug bolt question

Does anyone know what the taper is on the stock lug bolts for 1st gen cars? I'm talking about the shorter '81-85 style lug bolts.

They look like 45 deg to me, but that's just eyeballing them - not measuring. I need 45 deg taper for my new wheels. I want to do a couple of events before I upgrade to wheel studs and nuts.

Neil,

Most OEM lug nuts are a 60 degree taper. If you have a need for 45 degree nuts, the likelyhood is that you will have to use a stock car nut. All stock car lug nuts have the 45 deg taper you are looking for. Unfortunately, they are usually rather large 1" lug nuts also. Let me know if you need any help locating them.

stock is a 60 deg taper, not a 45deg...

I got my 45 deg 1" nuts from diamond racing

I am interested in the lug bolts that came on 12A's not the lug nuts of the GSL-SE cars.

Anyone know about the lug bolts?
