Lotus Track Racing.. Not Rx-7 related.

Came across this vid today. Figured it'd be good for some to watch. This guy definatly can pick some nice openings!

What an odd video... some of it almost seemed fake. Towards the end he was overtaking the other cars SO fast... seems like the cars were not equal. Plus a few times it seemed certain he was trading paint with other cars to the side on in the picture.

John,
That dude can flat out drive

With the low HP cars it's all about braking and that SOB can do it with the best of them.

Dan Evans clearly needs a little more competition

Some of the folks he is passing are braking way too early.

It's not unusual to see a good aggressive driver fly past other drivers in similar cars.

Being able to put a car on the track: $$$

Having the talent to make it look easy: priceless.

Interesting... yes he's certainly driving circles around his fellow Aussies! Interesting track too... I've never seen in car footage of Brathurst

I swear, that guys ***** must have there own gravitational field. Most of the turns have 0 run off area and there is most definitely contact.

Awesome racing... And that track looks like so much fun! -way cooler than anything we have in North America.
