I've been eyeing the redline/twm kits. Has anyone done a down or sidedraft tb/efi setup on their rotary? Something like single tb 2 injectors in the housings oem location and the other two on the throttle body? Seems like it would have both benefits and end the carb/efi battle.

THis is my next setup....you have your choice of running 4 injectors in the TB or 2 in the TB and 2 in the block. Its a downdraft setup, but I have seen some that look more like a sidedraft. Its not quite parallel to the motor though....sort of halfway between a down/side setup.

What would the best engine management setup be for something like that? I'm looking for something any shop would be able to tune but at the same time not cost a fortune. So megasquirt is definitely out, no one will know how to use it.

yes ran a 50mm TWM downdraft setup on a PP 13b. tough to tune but the guys in Australia use this setup on alot of rotaries. any stand alone EFI will work.

I'm either using my old Haltech E6A or hopefully pick up a Microtech MT-10 for ECU.
