G-force harnesses have been really good to me in the past. I prefer a camlock over the latch and link but it's personal preference.
What application are you going to be using it in?
Some people don't reccomend driving around town with a 5 point on because if the vehichle were to roll over it could crush you in the seat. It's similar to the argument over the roll cages in the street cars. I personally wouldn't wear a 5 point in a street car. If you can, keep the stock 3 point in it to use around town and then use the 5 point at the track.
Also what kind of seat do you have/are you getting? Don't try to use the 5 point with the stock seat. If something bad does happen you can get really hurt really fast. I don't like the reclining "race" seats either. While they do have provisions for a harness, I personally don't feel comfortable in a seat that has a manufactured collapse point.
In my previous car I ran a Corbeau Forza with a G-force 5 point in it. I drove the car daily and ended up (stupidly) putting the car into a guard rail at about 120... The safety gear in the car allowed me to walk away without a scratch, or even being sore the next day.
It's all about compromise. And remember, safety gear is not the place to cheap out. Do it right with quality products and materials. It's your life.
I hope my advice is helpful.

I am probably going to take a look at the G-Force cam and latch 5 and 6-point belts and see which ones work best for me - and mate that up with a Corbeau seat though I understand that there can be mounting problems in the FB/SA.
Again, thanks for the suggestions and insight
