how do you control fcd in asp? (t2's)

Just thinking, with the allowable mods, exhaust, intake, dp, and cat/pre-silencer how do you control the fuel-cut since fcd's aren't allowed? unless you hide it or something.

Port the wastegate or restrict air in/out. Reprogrammed ECU? That'd be hard to find too, especially w/o labels on it.
