I'm suprised there is no video of Hawaii guys in there, especially since grip video is based out of Hawaii (I know the guys which make that vid )

One thing I noticed about cali guys is that they got a huge *** tarmac to play with and they swing out like 30-50 feet past the cones. Here in Hawaii there are only about 2 lanes of traffic and you only have that much room to get sideways and the guys here are at about 60-80mph just about although the 1/8 mile straight down the 1/4 mile is about 4 lanes thick (I have ridden with some guys here and can testify that they do get to at least 65mph which is scary fast on a 2 lane road where there is pratically no run out!). The signal auto guys did come here about a week or 2 ago and were not going that fast as the hawaii guys did thru the tight corners here cuz i dont think that their owners wanted them to wreck their cars. To their credit though, they were going much much fast on the 1/8 mile striaght.

It will be held in Irwindale California. There is a drivers search out there. You can run a qualifying run and if you are good enough then you can compete against the Japanese drivers.

We have drifting in the Midwest.

www.Driftunderground.com

We just had a drift day Saturday the 6th. There are videos and pics up.

My 7 is not drifting yet. It's been a nightmare since I got it.

That isn't my 7 drifting on the May 24th video. Mine is wingless.

Llew.

I'll field this one. You can get those videos from Grip Video. They are a U.S. based company.

if you want vids which is more about drifting, get your hands on some option vids. grip video is more of a video mag. Im not saying that they are bad (cuz they arnt, its a very good video), its just that its not solely dedicated to drifting.
