I have a set of GC adjustable spring perches that I'm going to use on my GSL-SE street car. I got them from a guy that was running them on his IT7 car.

He said That I will need to cut the stock spring pearch of and flip it upside down and weld back on to use the GC pearch.

This is from the GC web site "The existing lower spring perch (welded to the strut) remains as stock on the street kits, but is replaced with a lower profile version on the race kits."

Can someone explain exactly what I need to do to use these on my street car?
