well the 1st gens are getting old enough. anyone know any organizations/rules etc?

Is his name Tom T. from Huntsville, AL?
I the guy I am referring to has a Blue 1st Gen (I thought it was an '80 model) with a FACTORY wide body kit. His car was a IMSA race car the day it rolled off the assembly line. He got it around 8 years ago and fully restored it and runs in some Vintage race series here in the S.E.
